In fact you were not the cheapest quote in the end! I appreciated your patience during my numerous (!) questions and option revisions but even more so you never failed to respond to emails and calls in a highly professional manner.

Just a mail to thank you for the terrific service you have provided, the Mondeo was delivered on time and was immaculate, the car even came with mats which I have never had from any other dealer ever! I know I had an Issue with paying before delivery but I checked it out with my credit company and you were correct, any deposit paid by credit card over £100 and the credit card company (by law) to pay you anything up to £30k regardless of how the balance was paid.

I will defiantly be using you again in the future.

I look forward to you sending Airtec the Logbook to this address.
